Orders placed by 11.30am GMT Monday to Friday are despatched the same day (including Next Day Courier service). Order placed after 11:30am will be dispatched the following day.

We can ONLY accept delivery instructions with our Next Day Delivery service.
You can specify your delivery instructions during the checkout process.
If you use our Next Day Delivery service you will be able to track your parcel. Tracking information will be sent to the email address/phone number you provided when placing your order.
We ONLY deliver to the mainland UK.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to the following overseas locations: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Ireland & the rest of world.
Our products are covered by a 30 day money-back guarantee. After 30 days you will not be able to return them.
If you suspect that an item you’ve received is faulty you will first need to contact our customer services team on 01933 731001 or [email protected] You can also use our online contact form where you can upload a photo of the problem.
Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty we will ask you to return them using our pre-paid returns postage service. We will then send a replacement. Please note that we are not able to refund postage costs if you do not use our pre-paid returns service.
Please note we cannot guarantee the durability of items where they have been bitten or chewed by your pet. Such items cannot be returned.
We are happy to exchange goods if you have ordered the wrong size or wrong colour, etc. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted item direct to us at you own cost. Once we have the item back we will credit you for the original item and invoice the cost of the replacement and despatch the correct item to you.
If you no longer want the item you have received you can return it to us within 28 days or your order, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to return the item at your own cost. Once we have the item back we will then refund the original order amount.
How to Return Items
To return an item you must first complete our online Returns Form.
For faulty or incorrectly shipped items we will send you a Pre-Paid Returns Postage label by email. The label will have the return address on it. For wrongly ordered or unwanted item you are responsible for the cost of the return.
Place the items back in their original packaging and carefully pack them for shipping.

Any refunds will be made to the credit/debit card originally used to make your purchase. Refunds will be made with 10 days of returned good being received by us.
